We have partnered with Instinto Estudio to provide a cohesive architectural language for the community, while still keeping every home unique. We have homes ready to build and deliver on select lots, or design and build your own.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
Our community has the privilege of being surrounded by the Nosara Biological Reserve and NCA land and trails. These protected areas and trails contain dry tropical forest and mangrove habitat and are home to the most extraordinary fauna Costa Rica has to offer including howler monkeys, iguanas and hundreds of species of birds.
We have committed to helping protect these habitats by taking extra steps to help preserve these areas including but not limited to, underground utilities, waste treatment research and water mitigation plans.
